Seats include pages; pages above the allowance are charged per page. Only pages you send count — received faxes are free.

What counts as a page?
Every page you send, including a cover sheet. Received faxes are free. A failed call that never transmitted a page does not use your allowance, and if only some pages go through, only those count.
What happens when the pages run out?
On monthly billing you can keep sending at $0.08 per extra page, billed with the next invoice, or switch extra pages off and wait for the next month. Unused pages do not carry over. Adding seats adds pages right away.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial lasts 14 days with 25 pages. Choose a plan to keep sending. If you don't, the organization stays readable, sending pauses, and your number is kept for 30 days.
Can I change the number of seats?
Yes. Owners can add or remove seats at any time. Added seats are charged right away for the rest of the billing period; removed seats lower the next invoice, with no credit for the current period.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes — yearly billing saves 20%. The monthly page allowance applies each month of the year; extra pages are not sold on yearly plans, so add seats if you need more.
Is a fax number included?
Yes — 1 number is part of the plan. Additional numbers are $5 a month each.
What if a payment fails?
We try the charge again automatically and email the owner. Sending keeps working for 7 days while you update the payment method.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown without tax. Applicable taxes are added at checkout depending on your country, and you can add a VAT ID.
