faxB2B is run by HELPERG LLC. We handle the documents and faxes our Customers send, receive and store ("Customer Content") on their behalf, under our Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") at https://faxb2b.com/legal/dpa. The DPA forms part of our Terms of Use at https://faxb2b.com/legal/terms.
What a sub-processor is
A sub-processor is a company we engage to process personal information in Customer Content for us (DPA, Section 2). Each one is bound by a written contract to protect that information and to use it only to provide its service to us, except as the notes below say. This page also lists providers that handle only our own account, billing or website information. They are marked "our own data only" and are not covered by the DPA's notice period. For each provider, this page shows what it does, the personal information involved and where it processes it.

Notes
- Telnyx and Stripe also use some information as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. Telnyx does so for some call and fax records, such as numbers, times and routing data, for example to bill, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet telecommunications rules (DPA, Section 7.6). Stripe does so for payment information, for example to prevent fraud and meet financial rules.
- Telephone carriers. A fax also travels through telephone carriers and networks, including carriers in the recipient's country when a fax is sent abroad. We do not choose or control them, and they are not our sub-processors.
- Our own staff. Our employees, and individual contractors bound by written terms at least as protective as the DPA, are not sub-processors. They access information only from countries of the European Union. HELPERG LLC is a US company.
How we tell you about changes
At least 30 days before a new sub-processor starts processing Customer Content, we update this page and email the owner of each Organization. The owner can object as Section 7 of the DPA describes. If we must replace a sub-processor urgently, for example for security reasons or because it stops providing its service, we give notice as soon as practicable (DPA, Section 7.5).
Get change notices by email. Anyone can ask to receive these notices by writing to info@faxb2b.com with the subject "Sub-processor updates".
